Hi, How do I find the time results for track and field? I am30y.o and wan to compete but want to see if I am running around the same time as the field. Thanks D for the question. This link ( gaygamescom.site.securepod.com/en/participants/results/gg1/index.htm) will take you the results page of our first six Gay Games (1982 to 2002). However, the event is all about participation not on time. We do encourage you to register and participate with other Track and Field participants from all around the world!

When registering for Track and Field, do you register for a single event or can you compete in multiple Track and Field events?

As for the road racing – should we ask the questions on this board, or there will be eventually a separate board? Thank you

There is confusing information about the dates of the road races in FAQ flyers. The flyer for the road races states this:
"Road Races: 10K Monday, 11 August 2014, starts at 6 p.m.; 5K Thursday, 14 August 2014, time TBD".
While the Marathon flyer provides the following information:
"Participants registering for the Marathon and Half Marathon are eligible to compete in the 5K and 10K Road Races without paying an additional fee when they complete their event registrations. The 10K is Tuesday, Aug 12, in the Cleveland-Akron parks sytem, while the 5K is Thursday, Aug 12, at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo".
Which one is correct?
Thank you

If we plan to only enter individual events and not relays, do we need to be connected to a team? Thanks!

Hey I already registered for Track & Field. I paid the general registration as wella s registration for Track & Field. I am not wanting to change my events because not only am I running for a club team but based on the layout of the scheduled, I will not have enough recovery between events. So I want to drop two events and add relays to my registration (because I am running for my club). It is now charging me $10, I would like to know why :/

If you have a general question about Track and Field, please post the question here. I read the FAQ's for T&F that states track throwing implements will be provided (hammers, shots, etc.). Can individuals bring and use their own throwing implements? Thanks!

Ellen1313: You are allowed to bring your own equipment in fact we encourage participants to bring their own equipment if they have it available.
