I understand that averages as of May 1, 2014 will be used for the Gay Games 9 tournament. The question is: how, where, when, and to whom should these averages be submitted? What form of paperwork documentation will be required? If we have an average at bowl.com or IGBO, can that be used?
Thanks for advising.

When you register for bowling, you will be asked for your league average. Your average at bowl.com or IGBO can be used.

I registered for bowling in May, 2012. At the time and since then, nobody has asked me for my average. I successfully logged-in again to the GG9 registration site, found the area where it asked me to enter my average for all three events, but the accompanying text says "Please enter your league average as described on the Gay Games 9 website bowling competition specifics page."
I then went back to the GG9 bowling page on the Competition Specifics page (http://www.gg9cle.com/participate/sports/bowling/). There was nothing stated there about the date for averages. All it says is "A bowler must have two years of averages, with a minimum of 21 games per year" and I'm not sure what that means.
My IGBO tournament average is 193 covering 63 games dating to February, 2011. My home league average in mid-April is 200 based on 69 games.
Now what do I do? Which average should I use? What paperwork documentation, if any, do I need to provide to GG9 organizers? How do I submit that?
Thanks for providing some answers.
