I am looking for a rental bike since I cannot take my own bike to Cleveland. Coming from Europe it is too cumbersome to take my own bike with me. Does anyone know a good bike shop in the Cleveland area that lends road bikes? Thank you very much for your help. ******************* Finally, I found Eddy's bike shop on the internet. Eddy's offer Trek race bikes for USD 300 per week: eddys.com/articles/bike-rentals-pg130.htmThomas of GG9 organization committee forwarded another link: www.bikeauthority.com/articles/bike-rental-pg117.htm . Bike authority offer road bikes for USD 550 per week

A couple questions:
1) Can you provide more detailed course information for each of these cycling events? The distances and course maps would be greatly appreciated. Apologies if I've missed them, but I have searched and didn't find complete information about any of the events. There's a course map for the circuit road race, but no information about how many laps / distance.
2) I notice that several of these events are some distance from the center of Cleveland. I assume no transportation is provided to / from the venues (e.g. from the Fesival Village or otherwise), but wondering if there's a recommendation for getting to these venues other than renting a car?
Thank you,
Dennis

Dennis, 2.Transportation will be provided by Gay Games to all of the venues. Each cycling event will have a designated pick-up location either in downtown Cleveland or from one of our rapid train stations. Exact information and schedules will be provided. Waiting on answer for your first question, will get back to you ASAP.

In bike requirements, it says that aerobars are not allowed for the road race. My bike has drop bars and aero bars. Do I have to remove the aero bars or can I leave them on?

Can you clarify which course will be used for the mountain bike race. The map posted from the parks departments shows both the red and yellow routes. Which one of these routes will be used or will there be some combination of both routes??
